Potted Colour
Wholesale potted colour grown at Clyde in 100mm, 140mm, 200mm and 205mm — the colour that fills a council bed, a display or a retail bench.
We are one of only a couple of growers in Melbourne who can supply 100mm potted colour in bulk. That is why shire councils and large plantings come to us, and it is what we are built to do — volume, to a date, at a consistent grade.
Potted colour is sold in trays of 20. Mixed trays carry a small surcharge. Order off the availability list that goes out every Friday afternoon, or through EvergreenConnect.
100mm — the bulk line
The format councils, landscapers and large plantings take by the trolley. Flowering or budding when it leaves us, and the grade stays consistent across the run. Availability is seasonal — the Friday list shows what is ready this week.

Where the plant has to be read as finished the moment it goes in the ground. This is the format major events take — our stock has gone into the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Australian Open and the Spring Racing Carnival.

Marigolds for Lunar New Year
Marigolds are one of our biggest sellers, and Lunar New Year is the peak. Gold and orange marigold is the flower the season calls for, and demand lands in a narrow window in late January and February.
We grow them in 100mm for volume — African Queen, Fire, Fireball, Honeymoon, Honeymoon Yellow, Inca Orange, Mirage, Mirage Orange, Red, Yellow Flame and Mix — and in 205mm through the rest of the year.
For Lunar New Year we grow a specialty line in 200mm. Bigger plant, heavier flower, in gold and orange — purpose-grown for the season rather than regular stock moved into a larger pot. It is a short window, so the crop is programmed months ahead.
If you are planning for Lunar New Year, talk to us early. The crop has to be timed to finish for the date, and that is a contract growing conversation rather than a Friday list order.
